BOOKING AND PAYMENT
How do we book a photoshoot?
Message us on Instagram or send the booking form with your date, island and the kind of session you have in mind. We confirm the time and the place with you, and a deposit holds the date.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as your dates are set — the earlier you write, the more times are still open. If your trip starts in a few days, message us anyway, and we will tell you what is still available.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Zelle, Stripe and PayPal.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. Paying the deposit locks in your date and time, which is why it can't be refunded. If your plans change, we will do our best to move your session to another free date.
PRICES AND TRAVEL
How much does a photoshoot cost?
Our shortest option is the Waikiki mini session: about 45 minutes at one spot, from $399. Sixty minutes anywhere else on the island is $550, and places outside Waikiki add a travel fee. For weddings, longer coverage, video or drone we send a personal quote.
Do you travel to other islands?
Yes, all of them. Whether it is Maui, Kauai or the Big Island, write to us with the island and the dates, and the quote will cover the trip.
ON THE DAY
We are not models. Will you help us pose?
Of course. We give simple directions as we go and leave room for real moments in between, so nobody has to stand stiffly and smile on command.
What should we wear?
Light fabrics and a small palette of soft colors look best against the ocean and the sand. Send us your outfit ideas before the shoot, and we will help you choose.
What happens if it rains?
Rain here usually comes in short bursts. If the forecast looks bad, we decide together whether to wait it out, switch to the sunnier coast or move the session to another time.
Can you photograph a surprise proposal without being seen?
Yes. We agree on the spot, the timing and a signal with you beforehand, arrive early and stay out of sight until the question.
PHOTOS AND VIDEO
When will we receive our photos?
The full set of photos reaches you within 24 hours after the shoot. You pick your favorites, and the edited versions follow in 3–7 business days — or on the same day, if you ask for it.
Can we post and print our photos?
Yes. You receive a personal license to share your photos on social media, print them and send them to family and friends. We may show selected images from your session in our portfolio and on social media.
Do you film video too?
Yes. We work as a photographer and videographer team, and we can add drone footage wherever drones are allowed to fly.
